      Just want to know where to put this...

      Hi
      I'm totally new here.
      I wrote a text about my 10 years of horrifying experience with sleep paralysis (I got rid of it). I wanted to share it with people who have the same problem.
      So where is the best place to show that?

      That way you can probably get some people commenting and sharing their experiences. If i am right in thinking, it is probably best being in a more general area, maybe you will get a bit more interest also. I don't know the specifics of what you have been writing in terms of SP, so just post it in there and you should hopefully get yourself a mixed bag of comments.

      General Lucid Discussion would be fine for such a topic. There really isn't a section for sleep paralysis, but it's frequently discussed in that forum due to it's presence in the WILD technique. Usually those 'General Discussion' forums are the right place for a thread you're unsure about.

      If it's in the wrong place, a staff member will move it for you.
