      During a sleep paralysis episode, relax close your eyes and have the intention of going back to sleep.
      Because you are at such a vital stage of conscious awareness it is almost like a WILD because you most often would go directly to a lucid state.
      Since we cannot say we are fully awake and in a state of SP, we can't justifiably call it wake initiated.

      Does that make any sense?
      It's not as complicated as I probably make it sound.

      I'm deathly afraid of scary movies and things like that so when people talk about seeing "things" during SP it creeps me out and discourages me I'm a wimp

      I really do want to try this though because WILDs are very quick and reliable ways to get into a LD correct?
