Well welcome back to dreamviews! Always nice to have another onboard! |

I guess that I never made an introduction post. I got an email "tempting" me to come back, as I had not been here for a really long time. I am 25 female, always bored, looking for people to chat with. Way back when I found this place it was simply searching for how to decipher meanings in my dreams. Lately, I haven't been remembering dreams as often, probably why I have not been here. |

Hey, welcome back. |

Welcome back to Dream Views. |

Thanks for all of your responses! It's difficult to remember my dreams I think because most of the time I am either woken up or simply wake abruptly. I also have difficulty getting to sleep. I have some 5-HTP I might try, as I have been told that it can help with sleep. |

i need to start a dream journal does it help that much i'm just a noob i don't really know anything yet |

Keeping a dream journal of some sort is awesome. You'd be amazed at how a few scribbles and notes a day can enhance all your dreams. Lucid and non lucid. |

Maybe it would help, but I swear when I wake up abruptly I almost lose whatever it was I was dreaming instantly. I am not sure about keeping a dream journal here though, visible to others. I may attempt to keep a dream journal at one of the many blogging sites. |

Tape a note to your alarm clock that reminds you to think about your dreams maybe? |
|
Oddly enough, I don't wake up to an alarm clock. My living arrangement is crazy right now, and so is my sleep pattern. I have hypersomnia, so you'd think I'd remember dreams, since I sleep for so long, but my sister usually is the one causing my abrupt awakenings (as I live with her). Or, I simply wake up too fast on my own for some reason. I will attempt something. I do remember tiny bits and pieces from dreams sometimes, but not enough to decipher a meaning. |
|
Hmm . . . Well, is there anything you do, or look at, somewhat regularly immediately after you wake? |
|
thanks laguna girl1 by the way love your quote! |
