      An alarm clock preferably on vibrate function. But a normal alarm will suffice. The trick with wilding after waking is to stay awake for long enough not to fall asleep when you make an attempt, but, not too awake so that you will not be able to go to sleep again. If you get my drift.

      Hm... yea.
      I've tryed that one before, but i didn't wake up =/
      But i maybe need to figure out my own method.

      Well...
      I sat my alarm clock on vibration to wake me up 4 O clock (I went to bed 24)
      But i did become lucid =) Before i was waken up.
      Actually my first time
      So I was a little lazy and just wrote the dream down, and went to sleep.

      So i will do it so sooooon as i can. I cannot do it evry day, just in the weekends =)
      I will send you a message when I'm going to try.

      Note : I don't use AM and PM, hope it don't looks too wierd =)
      And sorry about my awful language, working on my grammar
