yeh, i am mainly focusing on my dream recall and Reality checks at the moment, i was just seeing if it would work first go, but i wasn't dissapointed at all becoz i knew that things dont happen overnight...lol and its only been a few days since i started ..im in no rush. |

With WBTB, 90 minutes is the recommended length of time for staying awake, but for everyone it's a little different. Try different lenghts of time ranging from 45-90 and see if that works better. I stayed up an hour and that gave me my first (short) true LD. But yah, don't stress. |
