Hello everyone ,

After doing a lot of realty checks everyday aI didn't have any LD .
But, I do have some false awakening and realizing that I am dreaming .
Another thing happen to me last night . In the beginnings I had a meaningless dream just talking with an old friend without realizing that this is a dream. I went to sleep maybe at 12 am and then after that dream I woke up at 8 maybe but I tried to continue my sleep ..

While I'm trying to sleep I dreamt that I am on my bed trying to sleep and telling my self that I will recall 3 dreams ! But then I had another dream : I was on youtube and there was a video for 18+ and I can't watch it of course but somehow in the dream I did watched it and then I watched another video on youtube thats when I told my self that can't be real ! I am dreaming and I woke up

So I am thinking of trying WBTB , what is the best WBTB technique ?

Or should I keep doing realty checks ? But the question is how do I stop me self of waking up ?
