Thx for the reply's everyone , I actually am writing my short dreams down. I have bin having more (short) dreams. Which is quite nice. I have bin telling myself every night right before sleep ' i want to remember my dreams ' or ' i want to wake up right after the dream ' or something like that. Any more tips I can try or do? Because sleep was always boring , I had so many night ( probably 95% ) when I fall asleep next thing I know its morning and I need to wake up. And I started thinking , you sleep probably 30% or more of your life. So why wouldn't you want to be able to control your dreams? I think its like some kind of virtual reality where you can do anything so I really wanna learn it :p
