It cold be that you are trying too hard, if you concentrate too much on LDing and stuff of the sort, its possible that you will start having worse luck with it. |

I had my journal there ready to go... I woke up every night including the first and wrote down my dreams, piece of cake. Then suddenly the last 3-4 nights, I had NOTHING! I'm not even sure if I woke up in the middle of the night so that I CAN write them down. One moment I am in bed and teh next conscious moment, I wake up to the alarm. What happened?! |

If possible, try setting the alarm a few hours earlier than you normally wake up. When you wake up, you can reaffirm your intentions to remember your dreams. Then go back to bed, and you'll have a higher chance of remembering dreams than if you tell yourself only at the beginning of the night. |
