Is a lucid dream kind of like a movie that you watched a week ago? Where you remember the key parts, but yoyu don't remember the small parts, like a canversation going on that has know importance to the movie at all. |

Congratulations for everyone who had an LD I haven't had one yet
All dreams are like movies, you don't have the boring parts. A lucid dream is just a regular dream in which you know that you are dreaming. |

I remember the small parts of dreams. I often remember my dreams as if they're something that happened to me earlier that day. As time goes on I'll forget the details gradually as I would with anything that happens to me. However if it's a fairly long dream (and hour or more) then I will be hazy on the details of the earlier parts of the dream even right after I wake up. |

i often remember my lucid dreams as clearly as any other memory collected during waking life, sometimes even clearer. My Lds are never like movies they are direct experiences in the present |

Poor recall can destroy a lucid dream by making it difficult to remember. Thats why it is important to take a minute in the morning to lock it in your memory, and record it in your dream journal. |
