First and foremost, hello everyone!

Now, down to the point. Actually, two points:

One, as you can tell, I am a night owl, and cannot help but stay up past onish or later. Any suggestions on how to help myself feel tired earlier?

Second, everytime I DO start to fall asleep, I start getting very excited (I excite easily) about trying to enter a lucid dream (I'm currently trying a FILD using Swikity's method) and lose the slight sleepy state I'm in. Help?
