And you, my friend, shouldn't try and offer advice while clearly intoxicated. Especially as a Dream Guide.

None of what you said makes sense, nor do you even know what you're talking about. Clear your head, try again.

Randomly entering sleep paralysis is a symptom of narcolepsy, Exo

He called it a condition so I thought that maybe it was something that he was experiencing in his regular life.

The person above my post, as is usual when hitting "Reply" without using the Quote button.

As well, again, its not unusual. Thats when it happens, thats when its supposed to happen, and it happens to every body. Its only a condition if you don't get Sleep Paralysis at night. Everyone does, and should get, Sleep Paralysis. As said before, its just most of us aren't conscious enough at the time to remember it.

First part of my response still applies regardless.

But not everybody is fully awake when it happens, therefore...."condition"....., but that's besides the point

If you can remember any of your dreams at all, you probably won't have problems remembering your lucid dreams. Lucid dreams are usually more exciting than normal dreams, your mind is more active than in normal dreams, and they usually don't happen long before you wake up. These factors make lucid dreams much less forgettable.

As you get better at lucid dreaming and start having longer lucid dreams, it will become harder to remember everything since more is happening, but usually that stage takes a while to get to, long enough that you have plenty of time to improve your recall.

Also, do you have sleep paralysis while falling asleep, or while waking up? If it's while waking up, it might be harder to use that for the WILD technique, but I bet it's still easier than trying to WILD with no predisposition for sleep paralysis.

It is while I am going to sleep, or shortly after.

Then, as repeated for the last time: It. Is. Normal.

Thats when its supposed to happen. Thats when it happens to everyone. It is not unusual to be conscious enough to experience it. It is a normal thing, and its the last time I'm saying it. Get it through your head that there is nothing wrong with you, other than the fact that you seem dedicated to the fact that there is something wrong with you.
