      New Guy

Hello all. I found this board, by reading up on a condition that I have called sleep paralysis, and that I could during these episodes have outer body experiences, and lucid dreams. I have always wanted to have lucid dreams, but my recall is not good at all, but hopefully you all can help me along with doing so. Thanks -MANIN207

Welcome to Dreamviews! To begin working on recall, start by keeping a dream journal, and telling yourself every night that you will remember all of your dreams. It works wonders. If you hit sleep paralysis quickly, check some of the WILD tutorials on the site. It sounds like just your method. Here's some:

      Welcome!

I get SP too and have always utilized it to WILD. I'm guessing that WILDing will be easy for you like it is for me

Sleep Paralysis isn't a condition, its something we all experience every night. However, most of us usually aren't conscious enough at the time to remember experiencing it. Even so, it's not unusual to actually feel the effects of Sleep Paralysis regardless.

I say take the advice the others have given, and utilize it to your advantage.
