Ahh yes that's right I had to go through your posts to remember.
Yea I get irritated when people don't do BASIC reading, and then post simple questions outside of the noob zone. I mean... it's here for a reason. So when stuff like http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...=45387&page=12 happens yea it's like... geez, do a little homework people! Fundamental understanding of sleep paralysis, hypnagogia... what makes a lucid dream different from a regular dream...
seriously, not that difficult.
Anyway sorry to hijack your thread Fransesco, and if you have any more questions you are more than welcome to ask them Lucky, you've got a brother who knows about LDing too!

A sibling combo. How cool is that! You guys are lucky to be able to share this with eachother. Maybe you could work out some cool partner dreaming experiments. Or at least hang out during your Wake Back To Beds.

Hey. Good luck with lucid dreaming. There are a some really good LD guides here. I'd suggest reading the acronym one first....
