does anyone have a way of waking themselfs out of there dreams?

i can wake myself out of my dreams by blinking also when i was really young i always had a rainbow in my dreams and i would walk under it to wake up or go onto my next dream

Usually when I want to wake up I either fly really high (if I'm lucid) or I just wake up automatically from getting too scared. also when i was really young i always had a rainbow in my dreams and i would walk under it to wake up or go onto my next dream That reminds me... when I was really young I would dream about that creature from Night on Ball Mountain (in Fantasia), and at the beginning of every dream I'd float into it's mouth and at the end I'd come back out again. And sometimes I'd see it looking at me from halfway up the stairs in the shadows Lol, less pleasant than a rainbow.

I normally just blink. But I had a dream where my eyes were propped open, so I just screamed.

I do a backflip suddenly, but don't try to land. Just let myself fall into awakeness. Please not that this causes a painful jolt sensation and is only for desperate measures. IE repeated FAs when you need to get up or horrible nightmares.

Yea, when I was real little I would have dreams that I was being attacked by ants but all I had to do was say "WAKE UP!" three time and I would. I didnt realize It was lucid dreaming then...and ive never had them since...life is a bitch.

I fall. That's about it. When I do fall, everything slows down, and I start to feel my body in bed. After a few seconds, I'm awake.

i am the same sometimes when i fall from a height in my dreams my dream fades everything turns black for a second then i jump awake also once i was in a dream that evertime i tryed to wake up with blinking i would go ontoanther dream and everytie i tryed to jump of of a floor (i was in a sopping center with loads of brdges on different levels) the ground would move an i would only be jumping a few centimeaters

Haha i used to do the stupidest thing, i would fall to the floor, roll about, scrunch my eyes and shout wake up!
