its called a WILD |

Hi. I've been interested in lucid dreaming for a while, and I've had one or two in the past, just by luck. I'm wondering if there is a reliable method for going straight into a lucid dream when falling asleep for the first time at night. Once, I was very tired and was motionless (this was around midnight) and went through the normal sensations of feeling like I'm falling, etc. I began to see random images (visions if you want to use the word) that got very vivid. Stupidly, I fought them off and tried to keep my mind blank. I know now that I should have let them go and I might have gone into a lucid dream. Anyone have any thoughts? |

You can't WILD when you first go to bed, you don't dream then. Check out the WILD tutorial for help on understanding the sleep cycles. |

to DVs This sounds like the beginnings of a WILD. When I was little before I knew about lucid dreaming I would get the senation that you discribed and I also fought them off if I was not to tired to do so. Now I am now what the feelings are and I just try to go with them and fall into the dream as I call it. |
