      I am a natural lucid dreamer, so I have tried only one method other than it just occuring while I sleep. Dreams are often a reflection of what happened that day. The more exciting or new the experience is, the better the dream will be. The better the dream, the more likely it is you can spot a dream sign. The only way I have tried other than that is my alarm clock. I set it to the absolute lowest setting and set it to 4:30 AM. I am such a light sleeper, even the lowest setting wakes me up though

      Also, I don't know what all of the ILD's stand for yet. What does DILD and DEILD stand for?

      Well, many newbs start with WILD, which tends to be one of the hardest techniques (there may be exceptions)
      And DILD, which even tough doesn't give lucids with the same quality (also may differ) tends to be easier to achive.
      DEILD is like a medium, not so hard, but not so easy.
      Also, WBTB + MILD tends to work really good for some people and apparently is easier than DILD.

      @oniman7

      DILD=Dream Initiated Lucid Dream
      DEILD=Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream.

      Correct me if I'm wrong lol

      My first lucid dreams were all DILD and MILDs. I very rarely WILD, it's time consuming and annoying sometimes.
