hey just ask them if you need a lot of help dude, I dont know everything and some of these people are a lot better at lucid dreaming then me, so dont hesitate to ask for help. To keep a dream journal, just get some paper and a pencil and keep them near your bed. Then when your going to sleep tell yourself: " I will wake up after every dream and I will remember them and write them down" or something along those lines. I already explained reality checking to you, and I think I forgot to mention the digital clock check. Any time you see a digital clock, look at it once, then look away, then look back again. If the numbers dont change, tell yourself:"Im not dreaming". If they do, then youre dreaming (duh |

for the first week, buy a notepad and write down all dreams in it AS SOON AS YOU GET UP. 10 seconds after you awaken you lose most memory of your dreams. so when you wake, just lie there and remember your dreams, then write them down asap. |

There already is tons of information on how to on these forums. |

i am new to the forum, i have been keeping a dream journal for about a week and i have had dramatic results, it is still hard for me to realize that i am dreaming, but i can remember a lot more of my dreams, i have been lucid a couple of times but i wake up right after, i looked up things on spinning and looking and focusing at something in my dream or on my dream body, i have yet to gain lucidity since, but i am working on it. i would like to thank all of the people who help out people like me and if you have anyhting to say to me send it. |

fight war, not wars, destroy power, not people
yes. definately keep a dream journal. what good is a lucid dream if you cant remember it? i used it (and still do, sometimes) and got dramatic results... some useful techs are WILD(hard) MILD(easy, but not reliable) NILD(nightmare induced lucid dream, i find this very effective, but it was kinda conditioned) and SHILD(self-hypnosis induced LD, fairly effective), WBTB(wake back to bed, sopposed to be REALLY good, havent tried it) and many more... |
