A dry spell? Dunno what causes them, stress? School, so busy with other things? |

How long ago are you talking about? Years or months? If you are talking about when you were a young child, lucid dreaming actally seems to be more natural to children, so it could be part of growing up. Something you'll have to re-learn. |

Wow thanks you guys. I was getting worried that I'll never LD again. I have been under considerable stress lately, so I assume thats the cause. |

You can try meditating before you go to sleep, or if that isn't your thing, then at least do some sort of quiet activity, like reading. I guess this doesn't apply to everyone, but I'm assuming that watching television before sleep might overload the senses, which might reduce the likelihood of lucid dreaming. Also, it's good to keep in mind that you never really "control" a dream, but rather, you direct it. You can choose to fly over New York City, for example, but what you find there doesn't manifest from conscious choice. Maybe this will help you let go a little bit, and hopefully increase your chances of lucidity. Good luck. |
