My First Time Here

this is my first time on this website....is there anyone there who could possible help me out getting starting the proper way? i have become very interested in lucid dreams and dreaming in general...i feel as though i have had lucid dreams before but not have known what is was that was going on in my subconscience and would really like alittle boost on how to get started and what to do start out with first...if there is anyone who can help me i would be much grateful..thank you all for your time...

Oh right, to start, the DJ is a good start, as it helps with recall and to find your dream signs which is a really useful thing for many.

I suggest reading the tutorial on getting started here. It has some great advice for people who are new to lucid dreaming and not sure where to start.

Since you already have the link to the tut section, I suggest that you start out with WILDing (if you want to of course). This is a very popular induction technique here at DVs and is how I got my first and most of my LDs. It is a pretty reliable method, when done correctly that is.But like every other method here, it takes practice.
