there are lots of tips and techniques. one of the easiest ways is to wake up right before your last REM cycle (5-6 hours of sleep) which is when your most vivid dreamin occurs.(if you dont know what that is, check out homepage and see the links on the left of the page), stay up for like 5 to 15 minutes so that your still not half asleep, and go back to bed. how you were able to achieve lucidty before trying? |
