Oh, I see. I get it! You wanted to be here, as someone that came for fun, not as un obligation. You wanted to come because we were the only one that understood your feelings... Well not me since I'm just starting. Anyways... When you I read the part where you were at the theater... i visualised myself there and how I also would of wanted to shout to everyone that this all was possible and they could all do it and they probably would have thought me stupid and I would have been sent to the insane ilom or whatever you call it.

I'll definitely drop over to the hug thread when in need! I do apologize in advance if I seem to 'plug' certain supplement reccommendations in threads. I assure you, I don't work for ANY company nor have ANY affiliation with any store or brand.

Force of Green, I am a big supporter of supplementation (not being a natural lucid dreamer myself). I find that galantamine, choline and apha-GPC help me with lucid dreaming and I welcome any information regarding supplements!

Anyways, THIS seems like a good place for me to ask this question without having to start a new thread. Does Omega 3 increase lucidity and chances of lucid dreams?

What's good, Jackalhead? Thanks for the welcome! I would definitely say that because the omega 3s enhance the fluidity and efficiency of nerve transmission by strengthening the mylan sheath, it would no doubt help out. I would reccommend fish oil standardized for omega 3s for everyone to take.
