Force of Green
Hello everybody! I am brand new to this forum (obviously) and I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I have been around on bodybuilding/supplement forums for a while under this same name and I've kinda lost interest in posting on those sites.
My name 'Force of Green' actually comes from my first (and continuing) experience(s) with lucid dreaming. When I was younger, at age 6, I had a vivid dream of being in my elementary school and I had been noticing more and more things out of place for weeks. I was starting to see anomolies and whatnot and a thought popped in my head of the Green Lantern and I noticed green glowing from my hands. I was able to throw green fireballs... then in later dreams when I had the same lucidity I projected green prizms, force-fields... Now my power color is still green, though my powers during high-lucidity have definitely evolved quite a bit. Anyways...
I have a psych degree with a minor in psychopharmacology from RSCNJ and I have extensive research and knowledge on supplements, nootropics, psycho-active drugs, etc. If I can be of help to anyone, hopefully my future contributions can do some good

Hey, welcome! Sounds like you're rather experienced with lucid dreaming! And that is a pretty neat way to learn lucidity, I always wish I'd learned when I was younger
Considering your degree, you'd probably be interested in the Lucid Aids section!

High-lucidity is one of the only things that will give me a rush that lasts for days. Most of the time if I share something to someone about a dream, he/she won't believe that I was able to do what I did. Originally Posted by Shift

Thanks guys for the warm welcome. What a cool community! I work as a gym manager and personal trainer during the week and work 11 hour days. In between clients and paperwork and my own exercise regimen, I have like 7 hours of internet time!
I'm inspired to start getting more into lucid dream regimens now... The works. Like a dream alter, journal, dream rituals, etc. You guys are awesome.
There are MANY supplements that are excellent for the purpose of sleeping/dreaming. If anyone has questions on vitamins, nootropics, compounds, etc. drop me a PM!

Btw glad I'm not the only one gettin' paid to post on here! ...Except instead of a gym manager I'm a bureaucrat who gets paid to pick my nose and scratch by bum. This job makes me want to stick my head in the oven.
