I think that if you were aware that you were dreaming, then it counts. Lucidity does not exactly mean being in control. Check the main site for the definition. |

I'm new here and I was browsing this site the other day and came across a post about how to fly in a LD. Anyways I tried to do a WILD,but failed and went to sleep. |

Sometimes I wonder if anyone has really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like.
yes that definatly means you had a lucid dream, as long as you knew that you were dreaming then you had a lucid dream. control comes later, some get control on there first try and some dont. i think what you experienced was WBTB or somthing im not quite sure what its called. but it means that you wook up in a dream in your bed. im not realy an expert but im preaty sure that's what you experinced. |

This could have been a Wake-Back-To-Bed, or a False Awakening. Both are good ways to get a Lucid. |

I had two lucid dreams this week, on two consecutive nights. They weren't great, though. Both were very fuzzy, and the second one I realised I was dreaming and then forgot again. It's a start, though, I suppose. |

i'm new, too. and i think from what you said it's a lucid dream. |

ya it takes practice to keep lucid throught your dream, iv herd this from other post that it is a challeng to keep lucid. but that is a lucid dream as long as you know that you were dreaming for a bit. |

LD:2 WILD:0 DILD:0
Completed: Fly, create people, make people do things.
Look out to the sky and reach so high grab the air and open your eyes see the past and let go of your fears.
It is tricky. There are sometimes dreams that a person will have, especially (I have observed from posts by new members) to those who are first learning about lucid dreaming. These are dreams where you dream that you are lucid, but aren't actually lucid. It's hard to describe or explain them. Mine were always about me running around telling people about lucidity, or telling people I was lucid, but I wasn't really conscious and certainly not lucid. I wasn't even conscious enough to go "Hey, I'm telling people I'm dreaming, that must mean I'm dreaming." |
