I´ve looked around here some time ago but sadly never adapted any techniques to dream more lucid- but i end up having approx. one per week naturally.
What makes me think is my new alarm-clock- it induced 2 LD in a row.
I slept about 15min in the afternoon, i´m not sure weather i was concious that i was dreaming, but when the alarm went off i snoozed- it´s timed to 4min- so every 4 min my alarm went off and i woke up and went immediately back to sleep again.
But in these periods i was lucid for sure, and that happend everytime i snoozed (for 40min).
Is that some kind of technique? I thought maybe a WBTB? But i was dreaming already before my alarm went off..
Is it even possible to go back to sleep and dream in such a short period of time? (I remember something in school about sleep phases..)
