What do I do after SP to attain lucidity?

I get to the "lead blanket part but what then? Do I look past the color blobs and wavy images...I need some advice.

Your threads sure are plethoric. Remember, you can always ask multiple questions by replying to an existing thread. You can also PM any Dream Guide for help.

Just relax and enjoy the ride. Don't do or think anything in particular, except "Soon, I will be dreaming." WILD is different for everyone, and different at each time. You can't constantly ask "What should I feel next?" because then you don't know if you are feeling an induced sleep paralysis (placebo) or the natural one (dream entry).

Sounds like you're getting close. Just keep your mind clear and your body relaxed and these 'wavey images' will turn into a full dream scene and "suck" you in.

Have you had a chance to read through some of the WILD tutorials? Everyone experiences the transition to sleep a little differently, so the tutorials vary from person to person.

To get started, check out the general WILD tutorial, here:

      Or Clairity's tutorial, here:

Don't worry about it. Do whatever it takes to stay excited and motivated, right?

I've found it helpful to focus entirely on one of the "blobs" or swirls you see, for example a round blob if focused on can suddenly turn into an apple or a baseball etc... once that happens you know for sure your dreaming and then the "ball" should suck you in... (also tell yourself to focus).... doesn't work every time or for every one but it works great for me
