Hello Widdles55, and welcome to Dreamviews. To start you off, I'd advise you to keep at that dream journal! That is probably one of the best tools for a lucid dreamer. Also, your sleeping schedule does affect your dream recall and your chances of lucidity. I'd say getting a normal amount of sleep, and not deviating too much from your normal sleep schedule. Just keep at it and watch the lucids start rolling by!
