      Question wild

i have entered sleep paralysis several times and give up because i don't get it. i know i have entered because as i move or turn over my entire body tingles like it does when i wake up in the morning.

my question is, when you start seeing imagery, is it with your eyes closed or open? i have read three tutorials and am still unsure

I believe it is eyes closed.

      But I could be wrong.

      What have you been doing?

You might be experiencing self-induced sleep paralysis (which might not lead to a dream, depending on luck). Remember that the goal is entering a dream, and not "getting SP." You don't have to feel SP to enter a dream. Ideally, they occur simultaneously.

It is natural to keep your eyes closed. Though I've experienced hallucinations (eyes open) before, it is a very rare occurrence.

You're paralyzed, but you can move?
      It's not sleep paralysis.
