Well, you've managed to reach the HH which is a pretty decent step in the direction of a WILD. What had you done before this?
Unfortunately, that ability to ascend further in is the difficult part of WILDing that is what most people get hung up on, myself included. Here are a bunch of WILD tutorials, the best advice I can give you (as a non-WILDer) is to just read as much as you can and to keep trying.

i just hate seeing people give wrong advice that is confusing to the reader
i have been to many sites that this happens on. not singling you out but i mention it when i see it cos it makes stuff confusing to new people
For the two rudely bickering and then not following their own suggestions of not offering advice when you have no idea what you're talking about:
A WBTB is simply awakening from your sleep, then going back to sleep. This can be done for any amount of time, there is no specific length that designates a WBTB, although 60min is suggested by LaBerge. This is by no means set in stone. It can be done two hours into sleeping and then be followed by 9 hours of sleep or happen 9.5 hours into sleep, last one minute, and then you wake up ten minutes later. All a WBTB is is getting up, spending some time thinking about lucid dreaming, and then going back to sleep.
Often, the goal is to plan a WBTB around a REM period so that when you go to sleep, especially when attempting a WILD, you are hovering around a REM period.
As two noobs with inaccurate information, please do not post such confusing material or descend someone else's thread into a debate about the inaccuracies of one anothers' opinions. PM it out, start a thread, or ask someone who can explain it to both of you.
