If you are worried about your English (which seems fantastic by the way) you may want to check out the tutorials first, as Barbizzle said. They are fairly easy and condensed, but you will find that in Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming (or EWOLD), there is a lot to read and some of it might be difficult to understand. I recommend reading the tutorials first, so you can begin really attempting to lucid dream, and then taking the book at your own pace
