Newby here!
In the process of putting together my site I discovered this forum which made me quite gleeful as my last long term forum at the SCiFi channel's site decided to ban me for criticizing the show Ghost Hunters (LOL) . I look forward to chatting with you daily and promise to behave myself.

I am a lucid dream lover and have developed my own methods of sleep inducement over the years. Anyhoo.... this is my first post but won't be my last.

Sure thing

You should be able to upload it from that link, look for the white bars toward the bottom, I believe it has to be 700x200 pixels, but you can get offline or upload one from your computer. It just has to fit the size limit (which is always my problem!
