This seems fine. 7-8 hours is enough sleep.
I suggest you try to make it uniform throughout the week, as this improves dream recall, but since you say you aren't having trouble with recall, this might not be necessary for you (and you can keep your wacky schedule). Out of curiosity, do you keep a dream journal?
That being said, as long as your recall is up, I'd say your chances of lucidity are as good as any.
