Kk, i've had a fair few goes at trying to Wild, every afternoon when i'm at home and every night at about 4.00 when i just naturally wake up. But the problem i've got is that i've been trying the method where you just lay still, close your eyes and count your breaths. After about 100 - 150 of counting i can't consciously move myself without waking myself up completely, after about 300 breaths i start to get this wierd feeling. What happens is that i start to feel like i'm being shook side to side really violently and i can normally just ignore this, but after this, its almost like im sinking into my bed, and being swung round by the ankles. It feels so real that i have to move my arms to steady myself and i lose concentration.

I just want to know if i'm actually close to Wilding and if anybody has had the same kinda experience and can gve me some advice.
