Hi Everyone!

I haven't really look into dreams till this past months. I remember I dream a lot when I was a child, especially in my high school years. I can still remember some of the dreams as if I just dream about it yesterday. I used to keep a journal but it was lost. I just started a new one recently.

Ever since I started to work 4 years ago, now and then I would wake up at around 6:30am. I would always wake up at that time. I would have to go back to sleep because my alarm set at 7:30am. Therefore, I felt like I hardly slept. Lately, it got worse. Ever since my break up with my ex last year's October. I would sleep and constantly wake up after dreaming at 5:20AM. NO matter if i am working or not. It went on few weeks, so my doc gave me sleeping pills. It just help me easily to fall asleep but I would still wake up at 5:20am. I tried it for 5 days with the pill but found it doesn't work. This pattern stopped in January though. Yesterday, it started over again. This time I would wake up at 4:19am. It is the SAME TIME.

Also, what makes it more interesting is. I have 5 dreams about my ex chasing me back ever since we broke up. It is not the same dream but 5 different ways he chased me back. Once I see him in my dream and I know is a dream, I would force myself to wake up. The clock will show 5:20am or 4:19am. I just had one yesterday. I can still remember those dreams too! It drives me crazy!! Is this normal?? I just wish I can sleep peacefully each night without so many interruptions.
