      If you are interested in Astral Projection, be sure to research Wake Initiated Lucid Dreams along with it. There are a lot of similarities and overlaps. Just remember, it is your mind, your dreams, so you can explore it and interpret it however you want. Don't get too locked into someone else's rules or limitations.

      If you want to stay lucid, try doing reality checks every once in a while just to get your mind back focused that you are dreaming.
