hmm, not really, my guess is you aren't tired when you go to bed. I had a similar thing where I would stay awake for sometime before I drift to sleep. Once I started to run on the treadmill a couple of hours before bed, I found that I slept much faster because my body was tired. You might even be able to WILD when you first go to bed instead of doing a WBTB to do one if you are tired enough and experience REM rebound |
