      Hi I'm a newbie. Glad to have found you all.

      Hi from the UK

      I am not new to lucid dreaming and have done quite a bit of research.

      The one thing I have lacked is someone to talk to about it all. LD is something that I found extremely profound and exciting but when I try to explain this to friends and family, I get the same blank look as if I'm a freak.

      I have had periods where LD's come thick and fast. And other times when I dont have them for months. I had my first LD in a while the other night and felt compelled to find others that I can relate to and maybe get some Ideas to get back into practice.

      I am fairly new to forums. I have joined only one other forum before. I have had a good look round this site to make sure this is right for me. So far I very much like what I see. The boards are full of good solid conceptual and intelligent thinking.

      As I say, I AM new to forums and also I am a bit shy and reserved, so any and all replies to this post would be most welcome.

      I have alot of ideas to share, I just need a little confidence.

      You've came to the right place to talk about lucid dreaming. I'm the same, my friends just stare at me and think I'm mental.


      Even though you have done some research check out the tutorials, you might learn something more.

      Have read right through the intro material and will get reading the tutorials next. I am allways up for acquiring better tecniques.

      Yeah I might try that, Trouble is, I come on a bit strong. LD is something I think they should teach in schools. The benefits are being missed.
