Hi from the UK I am not new to lucid dreaming and have done quite a bit of research. The one thing I have lacked is someone to talk to about it all. LD is something that I found extremely profound and exciting but when I try to explain this to friends and family, I get the same blank look as if I'm a freak. I have had periods where LD's come thick and fast. And other times when I dont have them for months. I had my first LD in a while the other night and felt compelled to find others that I can relate to and maybe get some Ideas to get back into practice. I am fairly new to forums. I have joined only one other forum before. I have had a good look round this site to make sure this is right for me. So far I very much like what I see. The boards are full of good solid conceptual and intelligent thinking. As I say, I AM new to forums and also I am a bit shy and reserved, so any and all replies to this post would be most welcome. I have alot of ideas to share, I just need a little confidence. Many thanks for letting me join you
