Thanks for the welcomes and putting my post in the right forum -- sorry for not posting it correctly.

Now I only wish that I still got sleep paralysis just so I could experiment, who knows when or if it'll happen again as it has dwindled down the past couple of years. About the time I found out that paralysis was real and nothing to be afraid of was about the same time that it stopped happening. If it can be induced though maybe I'll start trying. For now I hope to duplicate last night's dreams and see if I can fly around a little more.
