I have experienced a lucid dream a while back and it was very very random but i still remember it like it was yesterday... is it possible to experience the same dream repeatedly within my subconscious? I have had this dream about 4-5 months ago and my memory is very bad so i don't think it's just luck that i have this dream glued in my mind. (sorry if it's confusing i did my best to word it |

I have had a dream where, during my dream, I knew I had dreamt this before. It actually made me lucid. Once I woke up I was almost certain I had never had that dream before. It was very weird. The thing about dreaming is, you may never get an answer. I could have had the dream before and just not remembered it, but could have just been my mind tricking me into deja vu. The human mind is extremely complex. |

I've gotten really lazy with writing down notes from my dreams when I wake in the middle of the night. So I try to memorize as much detail as I can as I fall back asleep, which inevitably leads me to reenter the very same dream. |
