      Old dreams

Does it help your dream recall to write down, in detail, dreams you've had weeks or even months ago?

ABOSLUTELY. I suggest doing this, it's very much a powerful tool. Do it!

Yes, that is a wonderful idea.

The first night I was interested in lucid dreaming, I wrote down all the old dreams I could remember in my dream journal, then I remembered all my dreams the next night!

Even just getting your brain thinking about dreaming will up your recall.
