hi! I don't think using an alarm will specifically help your dream recall. what it will do is give you more chances for lucidity. 3am is a good time. |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er

Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
I think an alarm clock will hinder your recall as it jerks you awake. Vitamin B6 helps in recall, as does staying in bed with your eyes closed aftr you wake up. |
|
The best thing to do is wake up after every dream you have. but i dont think alarms can be timed that well, can they? I go for 4 hours anyway, helps me with recall a bit. |
|
hmm so you're saying once i wake up, just stay where i am and close my eyes and try to remember my dream? k. i'll remeber that. oh and one more question...say i wake up in the middle of the night...how do i do a FILD? |
