Hello guys, I've been trying for the past week to do WILD, but looks like I can't even manage to reach SP!

So here is how I proceed! Before going to bed I drink alot of water, then I woke up around 3:00 AM and write inside my DJ if I can remember any dreams, then I go to the toilet and finally go to bed again. In my bed I'm counting my breath twice. Like Inspiring (1) Expiring (1) Inspiring (2) Expiring (2), So I say 2 time the same number. Actually I changed the technique because of my main problem!! I'm distracted!!!!! Everytime I'm trying to reach SP my mind slowly drift away on some life subject or so and then fall asleep.

So I'm asking you if trying to do some more complexe thing with my mind would help me to focus and stay Awake untill SP? If yes, any idea of what I could do?

I also tried to do FILD (Finger Induced) in which you are taping gently with 2 finger until SP. Same scenario...I fall asleep because I'm not thinking enough of what I'm doing.

Anyways...Help me? ><
