      Black and white dreams

hi the last few times i tried to LD ive had dreams that are like being in the world of a very detailed blackboard like the world has been chalked on with the finest most perfect chalk ever.

this has happened 4 or 5 times and it always starts with flying through trees and one time i could see buildings and was flying quite fast
but another thing is there not very vivid.its worrying really i feel as if ive had it for dreaming nevermind LDs its like its all fading and ill never dream again its a bit confusing but it feels like that.

Are you keeping a dream journal? Almost everyone reports that it helps to increase both the quality and quantity of dreams remembered.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

I used to have detailed black and white dreams. The only catch is...i think the only black and white dreams i had were frikkin gruesome...like gross horror movies...

Now, i guess that was because of things happening in life...stress, worry, etc...

I believe it was O'nus that said that your cortex-something-or-other - basically, an thing needed to remember colours, was turned off when you are dreaming, so your dreams are in black and white, the colour is added in/guessed. Like, you'll see a black and white hill, but you'll wake up and remember it as a green hill. I might be wrong though.

I did experiments and testing with my eeg machine on coloured dreams
and on black and white ones.

The colour dreams are in rem stage,
the non colour dreams, black and white dreams are in nonrem sleep stage!
So its a diff sleep stage u dream then from.
In rem sleep acetylcholine is very active!
In non rem sleep that isnt the case!
I tested with substances that level up acetylcholine and rem sleep,
and indeed had then colour dreams everytime.
Also my rem stages where longer then and my lucid dreams to.
That complemented my first testings with the eeg machine on it.

For info, acetylcholine is our long term memory neurotransmitter,
plays an important role for the hippocampus longterm memory imprints.
      Also for associations form memory.
      Your Dreams are Truly Yours!
