      Cool Back for another attack....

      Well I discovered this website and the world of lucid dreaming a couple of years ago, and had some minor success with attaining lucidity after a month or so of practice. But due to business, I ended up forgetting about the whole thing until now.

      Hopefully this time round I will become involved with the community and, more importantly, keep up my efforts.

      I guess it was a combination of the end of exams, lots of spare time in the Summer holidays and the fact I feel I should be doing something that is atleast semi-productive with myself.

      I'll start with a Dream Journal tonight.

      to DV. I'm sure that you'll be much more successful now that you've found DV. Check out out tutorial section linked to below. The MILD technique is easiest for me, check out the RC tutorial too
