Don't worry about having dull, wierdo dreams; they'll get far more exciting when you progress. My first week here in Dreamviews increased my dream recall and realism tons! Keeping a dream journal is also really helpful (which is why I should restart mine...) So good luck, and welcome to dreamviews!!!
