      Wbtb

      Don't do it every night, it makes you wake up a few times during the night after a while

      That's my advice for the decade.

      Thanks... However, I find that I wake up during the night anyway, so I may as well use it.

      If you like sleeping through the night, then yeah it might be bad to do WBTB enough that it becomes habit...

      Personally I've always woken up during the night naturally. I've slept through the night probably twice in my whole life. It did seem like I felt more rested, but it's hard to remember.

      It might be good to just do WBTB every once in a while, like on a weekend where you know you'll be able to sleep in as much as you need to.

      I am going to try WBTB every night for a while. Waking up a lot during the night usually doesn't bother me much. If I ever do wake up during the night, I can usually get right back to sleep in a matter of seconds.

      Waking up throughout the night is excellent for LDing. It allows for excellent recall of several dreams a night. The sooner you write down the dream after you have had it, the more you will remember and be able to record. It also provides multiple opportunities for WILDing. If you want to improve recall, I suggest waking throughout the night and writing dreams down upon each awakening.

      Yeah but waking up so often every night would get annoying if your one of those people who can't get back to sleep that fast
