Well you've come to the right place. |

I'm chinchilla and I haven't been able to have a single lucid dream in months. Only vivid nightmares. It's been a tough year... |

Nightmares could come from anything. Do you watch a lot of horror movies? Those often cause nightmares, even for people who love them. Try journalling your dreams, you may find patterns that you'll miss just thinking about them. You can use these patters as dream signs and help you become lucid. If you can become lucid during a nightmare, it's a great way to overcome fear. |

Ouch, that's rough. Sorry. The only real advice that I have should be in the "how to end a dryspell" tutorial. Just keep a dream journal, do regular reality checks, try to identify your dreamsigns (nightmares in general may be one for you), and think about dreaming and gaining lucidity throughout the day. Good luck! |
