Question What zee hell am I doing wrong?

Okay Well Here's The Weird Thing That Has Happened Ehh Let's Say Two Days Ago. And It Keeps Happening...Occasionally But I Love Them. Well I Sleep Right? Then Suddenly I'm Absolutely Sure I'm Having That Thing Called Sleep Paralysis...I Was In My Bed And Suddenly, I Felt This Free Falling Motion As If I was Falling Down From A Building On My Back. It Was Really Exhilerating And Awesome But Then I Had This Sickly Feeling That I Was Going To Loose This Awesome Experience And Wake Up On My Plain Old Bed...Which Eventually Did Happen Because Usually When I'm In SP, I Try And Open My Eyes And Almost All The Time, I'm In A Different Atmosphere And Yay! I Achieve a Lucid Dream! But NoOoOoOo. I Open My Eyes And I'm Back To REALITY. Feeling Very Very Disappointed I Did NOT LD!

      Any Help?
I hate it when I take off my turban and Voldemort is on my head!

      <3 Love you Voldy!

Lucid dreaming ability is inversely proportional to % of text that is coloured.
But in all seriousness, you sound like you just got too exited. Try to relax, and ride it out.

      Hello Audrey,

It's actually very common to snap out of your first WILDs after only a short time, or before the dream eveer happens at all (like during SP). It takes a little practice to get to the point where you have a lucid dream that's longer.

In the meantime, the next time you're in a lucid dream you can try stabilizing it by rubbing your hands together or maybe touching or focusing on an object close to you. This can keep you in the dream longer. Also, as Conkt said, try to stay relaxed because you can wake yourself from getting overexcited. When you get lucid, take some slow, relaxed breaths, and then go off to do whatever you wanted to do.

Hello Audrey! Remember, alot of times while WILDing you don't have to force or even try to open your eyes. Most of the time you will begin to "see through your eyelids" and never have to really open your eyes. Good Luck!

I also think that this is case of using too excessive force of trying WILD. Go easy on yourself. Write everything down after waking up
Do not waste 36% of your lifetime in black hole - go lucid!

Well, These Things Happen, I Believe You Should Keep At It, And Work On Deepening Yourself In The Dream State.

I agree with king yoshi... you will notice you begin to visualize certain dream scapes or certain random thought through the darkness of your eyes.

Yep, this is sound advice. Thanks Yoshi.
