      Hi to everyone

      Hi, I am new to this site but not to lucid dreaming. I used to practice LD about a year ago (got about 3 LD's over a month or 2) but havent really done anything LD related lately and want to try again. I think the first thing I need to do is to start remebering more dreams (and of course doing RC's). Remebered 2 dreams over the past 2 nights so hopefully recall is coming back.

      The only thing Im worred about is my erratic sleeping times due to shift work, it may mean I can't get into a good LD routine. Anyone have any idea on this?

      Anyway hopefully I will be on here regularly getting new LD tips.

      Hey Neil! Good to have someone else with a solid LD background over on the site.

      Hmmm. As far as erratic sleep schedule- this shouldn't effect dream recall too much. And if you get at least full sleep cycle consistently I doubt DILDs will be too difficult. And if your erratic schedule leads you to wake up randomly in the middle of the night, (seeing as your internal clock will be fudged,) use these as free opportunities to try WBTB or DEILD.

      Are you familiar with those two?

      Hi spockman, thanks for the quick reply, I am familar with WBTB as this is the way I have had all my LD's so far (apart from one or two in times when I havent been trying at all). Not really had any success with other methods and I havent heard of DEILD.

      Thanks Naiya, think Im going to try my hand at DEILD as Im quite good at conditioning myself to wake after dreams.

      Wow, do you have a lucid dream every night or have you been having lucid dreams for a long time?

      Hi everyone,

      I am new here and this is my first forum entry here.. Since I am new to forum community and I feel I am in midst of my own learning curve. I feel sometimes, that I have to learn a lot, hope you guys have patient on me.Thank you for sharing the post.
