Here you can browse through some of the techniques and methods for achieving lucidity. I also suggest starting a dream journal and keeping up with it nightly.       I enjoy surfing too although it has been a couple of months. I don't ride a unicycle, but sounds cool.

      What got you to come here or to think about lucid dreaming?
